A lot of you have been asking me, “Meghan, when are you going to start posting fall looks?” Well it is still in the high 80’s here in Texas and will stay that way until probably late October. For those of us who live in warmer climates, September and October can be tricky months fashion wise. Its hot out so you want to wear light weight tops and shorts and breezy sun dresses, um but its technically fall, so ya really can’t. Keep reading for my go to summer to fall transitional look!
Don’t put all your lightweight jersey dresses from summer away yet! Keep your fall colored and jewel tone dresses in rotation. Think olive, burnt orange, wine, navy… these colors lend themselves to looking seasonally appropriate, but you’ll still be cool in the high temps. Top your look with a denim jacket, a fun clutch and sassy earring and you’re set!
