“New year, new you!” -Unknown
Happy New Year! 2016 is finally here and a new year means a new you! Who else ate way too much over the holidays and wants to shed a couple of those pounds ya packed on? This recipe is not only low carb and healthy, but its so easy! Walker loved it too.

Ingredients:
Zucchinis
Turkey sausage
Evoo
Parmesan cheese
Onion
Chili flakes
Directions:
In a skillet brown the turkey sausage and onions in a little EVOO with S & P and chili flakes.
Using a mandlione thinly slice the zucchini into ribbons.
Once meat is completely cooked add in the zucchini.
Saute for about 10 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl and top with Parm and chili flakes.
