Walker and I love seafood and salmon is a go to in our house. We pretty much have it every Friday. Its easy, healthy and delicious. This recipe has quickly become one out our faves!
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
S&P
1 8 oz container reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup nonfat milk
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons freshly parsley, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with foil
Place the salmon sheet
Evenly coat with EVOO, S&P and 1 tablespoon parsley
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt cream cheese over low heat
Once cream cheese begins to melt add milk and cook on low until cream cheese is completely melted
Add honey and mustard and whisk until completely smooth
Remove salmon from oven when done and transfer to a serving plat
Top with sauce remaining parsely (or dill if on hand) and serve immediately
