One of the best parts of summer is sipping cocktails outdoors but calories can really add up when sipping sugary and fruity drinks. Today I am sharing a recipe that is packed with flavor but leaves behind the added sugar.
I love infusing vodka with fresh herbs. It adds so much flavor to a cocktail and summer is the perfect time to use fresh ingredients. Combine your herb infused vodka with club soda and garnish a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh herbs and you have yourself a refreshing summer cocktail without all the sugary guilt!
In an airtight container like a large cookie jar or large mason jar add one bottle of vodka and 2 cups of your favorite herbs. Refrigerate for at least one week. Ta-dah! I like using rosemary, basil and mint.
Kisses and boozy wishes,
