Raspberry Rosé Spritzers

Today is my mom’s birthday so in honor of one of our favorite pass times- drinking’, I’m sharing an easy and festive cocktails recipe with you.

On a small plate squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.  On a second plate sprinkle a think layer of sugar sprinkles.  Dip the rim of the glass in the juice then in the sugar.  Next, in a pitcher or carafe cold mix rosé and cold club soda in a 3:1 ratio.  Poor in glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.  I like to freeze my raspberries first so my cocktail stays extra cold.  Cheers!
