A lot of you have been asking me, “Meghan, when are you going to start posting fall looks?” Well it is still in the high 80’s here in Texas and will stay that way until probably late October. For those of us who live in warmer climates, September and October can be tricky months fashion wise. I’ve never met a human who loves eggs as much as Walker does! The man could happily eat them for every meal! Me? Not so much. BUT this egg dish is so good even I love it! Eggs are cheap and healthy making them a great go to main ingredient. This breakfast for dinner recipe has been on repeat in our house and I hope you like my sweet potato shakshuka as much as Walks and I do.

Last week Walker and I took a trip to the Dominican Republic to relax before he began his new job and to celebrate the joys of this last year. To celebrate the ending of that chapter and the beginning of the next (he will now be a Law Clerk in Sherman, TX) we decided to take a trip to the Caribbean for some relaxation and fun in the sun!
