Healthy Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

It’s a Friday during Lent which means yummy fish and because bikini season is knocking on the door today’s recipe is a healthy one too!  Keep reading for recipe details for my Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos!

Ingredients:
dozen raw peeled and deveined shrimp
1 c panko
1/2 c Trader Joes sweet chili sauce
1 c shredded purple cabbage
1/4 c shredded carrots
juice of 2 limes
1/2 c nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tbs cilantro
1/2 tbs Frank’s Hot Sauce
1 tbs chopped chives
2 whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°
Coat shrimp in a 1/4 c chili sauce
Once by one coat shrimp in panko and place on greased cookie sheet
Bake shrimp for 12 min
Meanwhile mix 1/4 c Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, cabbage and carrots in a bowl and set aside
In a second bowl mix remaining 1/4 c Greek yogurt, remaining 1/4 c chili sauce, hot sauce and chives
Warm tortillas and assemble tacos
