Walks is a big pasta fan and a luck guy because he can eat it for every meal and not gain a pound! I made this pasta for him a few weeks ago and he said it was his favorite meal I’d ever made for him.
This simple and light Italian dish is quick and easy to make and pairs amazingly with white wine and crusty garlic bread!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb rigatoni, cooked according to package
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup EVOO
5 tablespoons salted butter
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
S&P
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup grated parmagiano-reggiano cheese
1 lb spicy Italian sausage
DIRECTIONS:
Heat EVOO over medium heat.
Add garlic and crushed red pepper and sausage. Saute until meat is fully cooked.
Add S&P, white wine, butter.
Stir for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add cheese.
Toss pasta with sauce.
