I am a big believer in what you put in your body shows on the outside. I take about a dozen different vitamins a day that help with anti aging and boost my metabolism. Walker is younger than me so I have to keep my face and skin fresh as a daisy, as Lisa Rinna would say, and my figure tight and right.

I’ve told you my New Year’s resolution is to lose 15 pounds before my best friend’s wedding in August. I’m down 5 pounds already and I attribute most of my weight loss to eating healthy!
I’m not the type of person who could live off grilled chicken breasts and steamed broccoli. I’m lose my mind after about 1 day and end up eating Grimaldi’s out of all their pizza. I’ve found I’m most successful at losing weight when I eat “real food” just made healthier.
This cauliflower fried rice recipe is just that. You feel like you’re eating something naughty, but in reality you’re basically just eating veggies and scrambled eggs. So healthy! Even Walker loved this recipe!

Spring is in the air! Well… at least it was this weekend. I’m choosing to tell myself that it actually won’t be raining here in Dallas all week. Wishful thinking? Bad weather aside, spring is just around the corner and it’s time to add some fab pieces to your closet to get ready for the season.

I met Walker last year on Saint Patty’s Day. We noticed each other across the bar at a Pat Green concert at The Rustic and later in the night bumped into one anther. I was wearing green joggers and a white tank with wedges. It was 90 degrees and the first warm day we’d had since winter began. Once we were dating Walker admitted his first though once meeting me was “She’s hot, but why is she wearing MC Hammer pants?”. Thinking about that still makes me giggle.
