Oktoberfest is happening so today I am sharing two of my favorite German recipes with you- schnitzel and purple sauerkraut. Walker LOVES schnitzel so I make this meal for him all the time. Just add some mustard and beer and you’re all set for a festive Oktoberfest at home.

Good morning y’all and happy Monday! I hope you guys all had a wonderful weekend. Walker was out of town for the majority of the weekend so I spent the majority of the weekend cleaning and organizing. I got rid of 5 large trash bags of clothes just from my closet! Last night we celebrated our 2.5 year anniversary and Walks made dinner for us (ribeyes, kale salad and bacon wrapped asparagus) and we watched a documentary on North Korea, so all around it was a real rowdy weekend!
